Step 1: Ignore zeros โ 3 ร 4 = 12
Step 2: Count zeros โ 300 has 2 zeros, 40 has 1 zero โ Total = 3 zeros
Step 3: Append zeros โ 12 followed by 3 zeros = 12,000
