💵 Lesson Introduction: Multiplying Money Amounts
In everyday life, we often need to find the total cost when buying more than one of the same item. Instead of adding the price over and over, we can use multiplication.
👉 Example:
One sandwich costs $4.
If you buy 6 sandwiches:
$4 × 6 = $24
Multiplying money amounts makes it easier to:
Calculate total cost quickly
Plan budgets when shopping
Solve real-life money problems
