Lesson Intro: Correcting Errors in Everyday Use
Even people who speak English fluently make grammar mistakes in daily conversation and writing—especially when texting, talking fast, or copying what they hear. This lesson is about noticing those common errors and learning quick fixes that make your speech and writing sound clearer, smarter, and more confident.
We’ll practice correcting the kinds of mistakes that show up all the time—like mixing up your/you’re, using me and him the wrong way, choosing the wrong verb (they was), and saying phrases that sound right but aren’t correct (could of). By the end, you’ll be able to spot errors quickly and rewrite sentences the right way without overthinking.
